RealDash

Video recording allows to record a video from your device front or back camera.

Settings

• 'Loop Recording (min)'
  Define the length of video recording that RealDash saves. This is useful if you don't want to save all recordings but only 5 last minutes for example. When loop recording is enabled, recordings are not saved automatically. When you want to save your last recorded video you go to the 'Settings' -> 'Other' -> 'Move Loop Recordings to Gallery'.
• 'Record Audio'
  Define if you want to record audio or not.
• 'Record on Touch'
  Define if you want to start/stop recording by tapping the video gauge.

Video recording actions

If you don't enable 'Record on Touch' you must create an action that starts the recording. Create a new action and define if you want it to start, pause or stop the recording. Then define which video gauge you want that action to control.

This way you can create a record button or for example you can create a trigger that starts recording everytime you start your car.
